Newly renovated apartment nestled in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, 900 meters (10 minutes on foot and 5 by bicycle) from the beach and from the center of Marina di Campo. Composed of 2 double bedrooms, modern bathroom, large and cozy living room with kitchen and a large living balcony of 20 square meters ideal for spending time between an outdoor breakfast and a relaxing evening under the stars. The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house reached by a staircase from the inner courtyard, it is served with air conditioning in the bedrooms. In a double bedroom it is possible to separate the beds. We provide an additional bed for a fifth person to be placed in the living room, 2 camping beds with mattress for children no older than 4 years. 2 private parking spaces are available in the closed street in front of the house. Free WIFI. It is possible to use a washing machine for a fee in a common area and the free use of 4 bicycles equipped with two child seats. Families with children are welcome as the lower apartment will be inhabited from June to August by 3 children aged 4 to 6 years.
The members of the Morlè family, owners of the house, who live on the lower floor, will be available to guests for all the information and advice regarding services, tourist areas and the best attractions of the island.
the house is at the end of a private street, quiet and silent, surrounded by greenery. Just 900 meters from the sea and from the center of Marina di Campo where you will find all kinds of services.
