In the bedroom there is a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a very large wardrobe, coat hanger, TV, air conditioner, ironing board and iron. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including a microwave and coffee maker. In the living room you will find two sofa beds, two chests of drawers, a large table, TV, air conditioning and wifi. Furthermore, there is a small outdoor space with a drying rack

The "da Nina" apartment is a welcoming space where you can spend a few days without needing a car. It is located a minute's walk from the central Piazza Colombo and Via Matteotti, the main pedestrian street where you will find the Ariston and all the most luxurious shops in the city. Every convenience is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Piazza Bresca is the center of Sanremo nightlife, 5 minutes away on foot, the beaches and the train station are about 10 minutes away. The apartment overlooks a private and rarely busy road but just a minute's walk is enough to reach the most central and well-known areas of Sanremo: Piazza Colombo, Via Matteotti and Ariston. In a few minutes on foot you can also reach supermarkets, pharmacies, church, train station, beaches... Near the apartment there are paid outdoor parking spaces and indoor paid parking spaces. There are also free outdoor parking spaces which are a little more difficult to find but the car is not necessary given the centrality of the apartment so you can keep it parked for the entire duration of your stay
