IMPORTANT: this floor is for the exclusive use of guests who book the room on the first floor. - on the first floor (25 m2) there is an air-conditioned double bedroom complete with wardrobe, dresser and 27-inch flat-screen HD SMART MONITOR with Amazon Prime Video service, mini fridge in the room, 2 armchairs, the private master bathroom complete with all bathrooms with shower and washing machine, a balcony. - on the second floor (20 m2) there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe and 27-inch flat-screen HD SMART MONITOR with Amazon Prime Video service, mini fridge in the room, 2 armchairs, a bathroom complete with all services and the private terrace (15 m2) with balcony, table and chairs, awning and barbecue. Our house has been completely renovated and we did it with a lot of love, energy and time. The furniture, doors and windows are new or renovated by ourselves. The house is located on the main street of the town and can be easily reached on foot to reach shops, bars and artistic and interesting places. Ischitella can be reached by car or by train and bus (Ferrovie del Gargano). The nearest airports are Foggia (100 km) Bari (220 km) and Pescara (220 km). It is possible to park for free (depending on the availability of places) near the house.
