Directly behind you will find the Church of San Giovanni and Piazza del Plebiscito, with its summer shows and evening bars. The apartment, equipped with entrance hall, large living room & kitchen - an open space, double bedroom, bathroom and small bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard. It is located at ground floor of Via Pitocco, a typical and quiet private district, at the feet of the Civita: the oldest part of the village, with its charming cobbled streets, which will lead you to the magnificent Church of Santa Maria Assunta, and further up beyond the characteristic cliff overlooking the valley, the ruins of the castle and the church of the patron saints Cosma and Damiano. The closes parking is 50 meters away, in Via Nicola Mancini, right in front of one institution of the village: Ciarlante Bakery. The apartment has 3 comfortable beds, a double and a single, to which you can add a second single bed in the small bedroom and the sofa if needed. The cottage is cozy and functional, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the village life and the adventures that the surrounding area offers: nature trails, mountains, lakes, national park, cuisine, folklore and so much more.
