This apartment is on one level and is suitable for a couple or a family of three or 2 adults 2 small kids. It is an attractive apartment with direct access to its own private garden with BBQ built into the stone wall. It contains one double bedroom, lounge, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher plus a small double sofa bed in the living room . These unique properties are built from stone, which can sometimes be affected by humidity. To ensure a comfortable stay, we strongly recommend airing out the properties regularly by leaving the windows open. If there is a dehumidifier available, please use it when you're out or at night with the windows closed. Fortunately, when the sun is shining, humidity is normally non existent Please note It is accessed down a set of stone steps. One bedroom with double bed and good wardrobe space. Small double sofa bed in living room for 2 small kids or 1 teenager. The private patio has the full sun until late morning. We have the communal seating areas shown in the pictures in, around and above the swimming pool. The bar and restaurant in the piazzetta is for guests to have appertivo and simple meals. Bar and restaurant on site with 2 more local restaurants within walking distance. Restaurants Scola and Gin. We have a small shop also a short walk. Within a few minutes drive, pharmacy, and a small selection of local food shops. Larger supermarkets ( supermacato/Fresco) within 10 KM drive. **The communal pool will be open from 15 th May until 15/30 September . Later September is subject to weather permitting. Pop along to the beautiful beaches and towns of Alassio and Albenga only 15 km. Monaco 1 hr and Portafino 2 hrs. There are many lovely coastal towns to visit.
