Apartment is located in an ancient villa completely renovated in 2017.
Building is just a few steps on foot from the town center and all activities.
Apartment located on the second floor overlooking the inner courtyard and the condominium swimming pool.
Apartment composed of 2 floors: on the lower floor there is a living room with balcony , a kitchen and a guest bathroom (without a shower). The upstairs floor consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 open room (attic) with double bed, the bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. In the kitchen are all necessary utensils and electro-domestic (capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob), washing and dryer machines.
The cooling system in summer and heating system in winter.
Towels and bed linen are available for free.
