Located on the ground floor, they feature refined and colorful environments, suitable for young couples looking for fun and sports, as well as families who want to relax and enjoy nature. Each apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and electric stove. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into a bed, accommodating up to two additional people per apartment. We have always been attentive to the needs and hospitality of our guests. We offer welcoming, functional, serene, and autonomous spaces. Our garden is furnished with tables, umbrellas, and deck chairs for an outdoor lunch or an evening under the stars. We provide an underground garage, also for bicycles, and a private, free parking space at the foot of the Chalet. For winter sports enthusiasts, we offer a ski and boot storage with heated, reserved, and independent lockers. Whether in winter or summer, you can enjoy our sauna located outside the Chalet. You will find yourself immersed in a postcard-perfect landscape, regardless of the time of year you choose to take your vacation. The windows of the sauna offer a breathtaking view of the mountains. You can fully enjoy nature and tranquility with your family in a unique and sunny area without sacrificing convenience. The center of Livigno is just a five-minute drive away, allowing you to easily reach any attraction. Additionally, the free bus stop is only 200 meters from the Chalet, making it very easy to get around Livigno! A few steps from the house, you will find Rosticceria Campestre, a small minimarket offering a variety of duty-free and grocery items. You will have the opportunity to enjoy excellent ready-to-eat meals such as rotisserie chicken, ribs with polenta, pizzoccheri, and much more! A visit to Cusini Dolce&Salato pastry shop, located just 200 meters from the Chalet, is also a must. It will undoubtedly satisfy your palate with its morning croissants, fantastic cakes of all kinds, and traditional local products like “bisciola” and walnut cake.
