The apartment is located on the lakefront of Malgrate, in the historic center of the town. It is a tourist area, very welcoming and full of services. Within 100m there are four restaurants and pizzerias for meat and fish lunches and dinners, three cafés for breakfasts and aperitifs, a brewery, two bakeries and a supermarket. The pharmacy is 150m away. Lecco can be reached on foot (1.5km) crossing a beautiful bridge. Bellagio can be reached by a comfortable bus, the stop is right in front of the house. Varenna can be reached by train from Lecco station. As well as Milan and Bergamo.
