The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet. The bright living room is furnished with a cozy sofa bed for 1 person, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice table. The bathroom has all the amenities, including a toilet, bidet and a modern shower. From both the living room and the bedroom, you can access a charming little terrace, furnished with chairs and a table, the perfect place to enjoy sunny days. But the real gem of CliVio is the amazing condominium pool, with beach umbrellas and deckchairs. Why only go to the beach if you can have a swimming pool nearby?! NB: The swimming pool is open only in summer and according to the condominium timetable, which is indicative and may vary at the management’s discretion.
