Silvia and I manage other facilities in the center like "In the heart of Ferrara", "In the ancient Jewish ghetto", "Maison Contrari"and "A few steps from the Castle" and we are ready with this brand new apartment to welcome with warmth our Italian and foreign guests

Brand new and beautiful apartment officially opened at Christmas 2021, bright and comfortable in the central area, very quiet, with windows almost practically on Piazza Trento Trieste, the Duomo of the city is less than 50 meters and the Estense Castle is 100 meters from the apartment. Energy class A2 also ideal for longer stays. Apartment full optional, wi fi, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, kitchen complete with everything. Double futon sofa bed. Internal cavedio with possibility to keep bikes safe

Neighbourhood information

Via Cortevecchia is a very central street of the historic center, you have everything at hand and in a few minutes walk you can reach shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, services, etc. We have an agreement with a shop 100 meters from the apartment for bike rental and agreements with excellent trattorias on site
