Country Living School is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation, far away from the sounds of the modern world, in a place that harks back to when life was simpler. We offer a spacious apartment, private bathroom and an adjoining kitchen. Nestled in a charming hamlet, the Country Living School offers charming accomodation where you have lots of space perfect for families or for couples at as well as a veranda where you can sit in the morning and soak in the start of the day, bbq or relax away the afternoon watching the sunset. We produce honey, wine, vegetables, bread, milk and cheese. Our food is 100 per cent organic and super-local, coming from our own lands and we love to share with our guests. This is why we call it the Country Living School because we offer the unique opportunity to see and participate hands on with what we do, Here you can just relax under the veranda, sunbathe in the gardens or you can take part by doing a workshop or getting out in the field and getting dirty. It's a perfect way the disconnect from the stress of the modern world.

Country Living School is made up of a self sufficient family with two children, Fabrizio (8) and Julia (6). We are happy to welcome you here and delighted to share what we have learned over the past ten years of living self-sustainably. At the Country Living School based on our years of experience, friendly demeanor, ability to speak multiple languages and the care that we dedicate to each guests, we can offer something truly unique. I moved here from the United States ten years ago and realized the dream that my wife and I have had for years, to make our own self sustainable farm, now we are so happy to open our bed and breakfast to those who are searching for something different. The hamlet of Crastu, located ten minutes from the beautiful village of Laconi, is a place that seems where time has stopped. It was once a thriving farming community but with the passing of time most of the original inhabitants have left to search for work in the cities of Italy and Europe. Now it's a place that is filled with the chirpings of birds, few cars pass by and you are surrounded by fields and rolling countryside. We love it here and we hope that you will too!
