Elmisa holiday house è situata a soli 500 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Foxi Murdegu, caratterizzata da sabbia fine e acqua cristallina e dominata dall'antica Torre di San Giovanni ad oggi visitabile.
La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa ideale per godersi le vacanze in totale relax, ma non solo, infatti in pochi minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere i servizi essenziali quali supermarket, rosticceria, bar e pizzeria.
