My name is Sergey Bashkyrtsev, I’m 34 years old, and I come from Odessa, a city on the Black Sea. Ermes Suite Collection was born from a personal dream. After many travels across Italy and the world, I discovered the Thermal Baths of Saturnia and fell in love with the place. I wanted to create something that would reflect the beauty and harmony of this unique corner of Tuscany — a welcoming, tastefully designed space where every guest feels appreciated and cared for. The property is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Poggio Capanne, just a few minutes from the thermal baths. It’s a peaceful village surrounded by the nature of the Maremma region: rolling hills, olive groves, and calm silence. Ermes Suite Collection offers private rooms for rent within modern apartments, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms are either new or recently renovated, furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: king-size beds, 75” Smart TVs, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and a coffee station with espresso machine, kettle, and herbal teas. You will also find soft towels, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms offer access to a private terrace or garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the evening. Free parking is available directly below the house.
