Our concept of quality comes from a strong passion for hospitality, land and agriculture. Giovanni Ceragioli is, in addition to being a passionate host, a sommelier of wine and oil. Driven by the family's passion for the land and for breeding, he bought this corner of paradise a few years ago with more than 1000 olive trees better exposed and an ideal microclimate for natural crops. Much of what you see is done by Giovanni and we find the result of so much passion expressed in the taste of the oil in his bottles. It will not be a simple vacation in Tuscany. We offer our holiday houses on the farm, with swimming pool and sauna in the paradise of Santa Maria in Albiano, between Lucca and the splendid Versilia. You will be attracted by the passion that Giovanni puts into breeding of animals and in the cultivation of the vegetable garden of which our guests can make free use of products such as vegetables, fruit and even eggs and everything that is currently available. You will find a wine cellar with tasting of oil, wine and other products of the earth open to the public on Friday and Saturday and by appointment also on other days of the week. The houses are immersed in the peace of the Lucca's mountains in a strategic position with every kind of comfort. All the destinations of Tuscany can be reached in just over an hour thanks to the proximity of the convenient highway that directly reaches Florence and Pisa and then all the other destinations Siena Arezzo Volterra San Gimignano and the Cinque Terre. Experience! At Fattoria Ceragioli you'll find 4 houses. Casa Fortunato: 3 bedrooms, 6 people, next to the main building and pool/sauna area. Casa Margherita: 2 bedrooms on two levels (spiral staircase), 4 people, 200 meters walking from the pool, reachable by car on a country road. Casa Mucca Carlina: tiny house, 2 people, 1 bedroom on the mezzanine, not reachable by car but walking through the farm on country road (last steep section) Casa Fienile al Pero: tiny house, 2 people, 1 bedroom on the mezzanine, not reachable by car but walking through the farm on country road (last steep section)

The Holiday Homes of the Ceragioli Farm are isolated from the daily chaos. They are immersed in the peace of the Lucca's mountains and hairpin after hairpin bend it will seem to you to gain a little corner of paradise. Equipped with every kind of comfort, it will be pleasant to sip a glass of Chianti wine or of the Colli Lucchesi by roasting something in the barbecue. The major attractions, especially for the little ones, are the contact with the animals and with the products of the vegetable garden that you can freely collect, offered by the farm. A swimming pool and a sauna complete the fabulous offer of a relaxing holiday in Tuscany not to be missed. Guests can in fact use the pool when they want and relax in the loungers and chairs between the edge and the olive trees. All the attractions of Tuscany are a step away, Lucca first 15 minutes by car and on the other side the Versilia with the beautiful Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi without forgetting Pietrasanta that has become goal of artists and lively center thanks to the exhibitions of great and famous works of art through the city streets. Florence, Pisa, Siena, Arezzo and the Cinque Terre are just over an hour away.
