flAle’s holiday house is a cosy house that rises from the recent restructuring of an old toll station, related to a rail crossing situated at 61+168th km of the Palermo-Messina railway line. The villa is now equipped with every comfort thanks to the recent renovations, and allows an exclusive stay immersed in the picturesque setting of Cefalù and its surrounding area. The private swimming pool for exclusive use, the proximity from the splendid Bay of Capo Aranciotto (7 min. on foot) and numerous places of historical and cultural interest, landscapes and typical foods and wines, easily reachable thanks to its favourable position, allow guests to experience a complete and satisfying sensory experience. Indoor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, 1 bathroom with shower, air conditioning in bedrooms, Wi-Fi. Outdoor: private pool, private parking, porch, garden, stone oven, barbecue.
The villa is located in C.da Capo, in a very quiet area, just 4,5 km from Cefalù, and a few steps from the sea (7 min. on foot). Its location its ideal to easily reach many places of interest: from the Cathedral of Cefalù to the Madonie Park, Castelbuono, Palermo and Monreale.
