Spacious apartment, with frescoed ceilings and five balconies, typical of historic buildings, overlooking Piazza Flavio Gioia and the characteristic alleys of Salerno. The house is located within the historic Piazza Flavio Gioia Tower whose original structure dates back to the second half of the 1800s by the English community located in Naples. It was home to the Grand Hotel Diana, and an attic restaurant, known as "the Skyscraper" since it was the tallest building in town at the time. After the reconstruction of the second post-war period, the building underwent two extensions with the unification of the building to the north first, and the elevation occurred in 1950. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and consists of a large double bedroom with wardrobe , a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, a kitchen with a 6px table, a kitchen equipped with dishes, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge. We also have laundry area with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Sheets, blankets and bath linen included.

The artistic installations during the Luci d'Artista event create a magical air, during the Christmas holidays, while in the warm season, the Salerno nightlife develops in the Piazza and in the adjacent alleys, also a few steps away the main course Vittorio Emanuele attracts with its shops, restaurants and street food. The optimal position allows guests to be able to move quietly on foot to visit the historic center, the Cathedral of Salerno, the Pinacoteca, the Salerno Medical School and enter the characteristic alleys of the historic center, including exhibitions, nativity scenes, shops, restaurants, pubs and whatever. Not far away there is also the G. Verdi Municipal Theater with its heterogeneous program of events and the municipal Villa, where other artistic installations can be admired during the Christmas period, and where it is pleasant to laze on sunny days. For a trip out of town, just a few kilometers away are Vietri sul Mare, a characteristic for its ceramic artisans and Cava de Tirreni where you can visit the Badia di Cava and the characteristic central course that winds through the arcades and alleys. Amalfi and Positano can be reached by car, ferry or bus.
