We strongly believe that the revival of Venice as a city must necessarily involve sharing, collaboration, and dialogue between visitors and residents. Our approach to hospitality is genuine and seeks to adapt to the diverse needs and interests of our guests. We love to feel responsible for the memories our guests will take with them at the end of their stay in Venice. Our main goal is that, by the end of their stay, our guests, having understood and respected the peculiarities of our city, can also feel a bit like citizens of Venice, to the point of saying with joy: "We wouldn't want to leave from here anymore".

More than a room. A safe place to feel like a local and to capture the authenticity of Venice. 1) At HINC DOMUS, we provide 3 comfortable rooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with a spacious single bed. Each room features a private bathroom and a balcony. Additionally, our guests can enjoy the terrace for moments of outdoor relaxation. 2) Just 50 meters away, at HINC DOMUS DÉPENDANCE, we offer another 3 bright double rooms, completely renovated in 2025. Although lacking balconies and a terrace, these rooms offer maximum comfort, maintaining the same quality and attention to design as the rooms at Hinc Domus. Each room has been finely restored and furnished with great attention to detail. You'll find Wi-Fi, AC (in the summer), independent heating (in the winter), high-quality linens, towels, soap, bath foam, and shampoo. RULES - Smoking is not allowed (except on the terrace). - Standard rooms have no terrace or balcony. - Pets are not allowed. - Parties/events are not allowed. - It's not possible to stay in the facility without showing a valid identification document (ID card or passport) - People outside of those verified at check-in are not allowed to enter. - Guests must observe silence between 9pm - 8am - Late check-in 30 euro (after 10pm), 50 euro (after midnight) - Daily room cleaning is not done during guests' stay (Hinc Domus is not a hotel). - Companies and professionals who require an electronic invoice must request it at the time of payment. - Please inform Hinc Domus of your expected arrival time in advance. - Air Conditioning is available in the summer, Heating is available in the winter.

From the airport, the train station, the bus terminal, or the cruise port, reaching us is simple. Piazzale Roma, with its parking lots and shuttle buses to the airport, is just a 12-minute walk away, while the train station is only an 8-minute walk (from the station, you can take a vaporetto directly to the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello). Despite being in a quiet area of the historic center, still less frequented by tourists and away from the hustle of the more touristy streets, the location is central and strategic. From here, you can easily walk to all the most famous places in Venice. Hinc Domus is located near the Grand Canal, the Rialto Market is just a 10-minute walk away, while the Rialto Bridge is 15 minutes away and Piazza San Marco is 25 minutes away.
