Bright independent house 52 square metres, lakeview and Moto Guzzi factory view. Private entrance and one covered parking, one box garage dedicated for bike and motorbike and a second bigger parking inside the property, balcony, outdoor dining area space for guests only. The house is located in the Villaggio Guzzi area, just above the historical morotcycle factory and the Guzzi museum. The Ferry terminal to Lecco and Bellagio is within walking distance 8 min.Mandello centre,the railway station,restaurants,bars and supermarkets are a 5 min.walk from the house and the Sentiero del Viandante is close 3 min
Hello, I'm Renata and my daughter Silvia. You are welcome in our Holiday Home, Lake and Guzzi view. If you arrive by train, we can pick you up at the railway station. From April 1st guests are requested to pay a tourist tax (which is not included) to the municipality. The tax is 2,00 euro per person per night for a maximum of seven days. You can pay the tax leaving the money in the container you’ll find in the apartment.

Guzzi Village was built in 1950 by the Moto Guzzi factory for its employees in an area called Ronchetto (the hill above the factory) along the historical Sentiero del Viandante. The accomodation has Moto Guzzi factory view and a beautiful lake view.
It’s a peaceful, quiet area, accessible on foot (just a few minutes), or by car from Guzzi Village. From the house, the alley built by Moto Guzzi leads directly to the factory and the museum (on foot only).
Via del Viandante, 20 metres from the house, leads to the romanesque church of San Giorgio (5 minutes on foot). From there, you can choose between different tracks with panoramic views.
