Villa Camilla offers guests an elegant apartment of 230 square meters. with fine finishes. It consists of a large living area with service bathroom, work area, large equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool tub for the sleeping area and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms have 43" Smart-TVs with Netflix. In front of the entrance door you enter the 800 m2 garden. with a shady wooden gazebo with sofas and deck chairs to enjoy even a few hours of sun. The apartment is air-conditioned with underfloor heating and cooling and double glazed windows. The lighting system is controlled with home automation.

The structure is located in a village at the foot of the capital Perugia, only 10 minutes away from the historic center of the city. During your stay you can breathe a genuine and familiar air. A few steps away you have everything at hand, the supermarket, artisan bakeries and typical places where you can enjoy aperitifs and eat typical local products of the region, in total relaxation. Furthermore, the structure is located in a strategic position, ideal for those wishing to spend a purely touristic holiday visiting the Umbria region. In just three minutes you can reach the E45 highway which connects the Umbria San Francesco D'Assisi International Airport in a few minutes. All the most beautiful and evocative places in the region are within easy reach, such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Lake Trasimeno, Città della Pieve, Orvieto. The latter passing through the suggestive panoramic road that runs along Lake Corbara.
