Renovated and modernly furnished, located in a 19th century building, cozy, comfortable and bright, with a splendid and unique position on Golfo di Venere. The apartment overlooks with its large terrace directly on Lake Como and the enchanting Golfo di Venere where you can enjoy the sun and the panoramic view. The apartment has a surface area of 60 m2, is tastily furnished and equipped with all comforts, including WiFi. The large terrace of 50 m2 directly overlooks the Golfo di Venere, with a unique view of the lake, mountains, Bellagio and the Lavedo promontory where Villa Balbianello is located. The terrace is equipped with sofas, coffee tables and two deckchairs. The living room and the bedroom enjoy a lake view and direct access to the terrace. There is a spacious and equipped kitchen with an induction hob. The bathroom has a very large glass shower cabin (160x60 cm) and multi-jet shower head, sink, bidet and toilet. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs (second floor for USA and Asia), it may not be recommended for people with mobility difficulties. The entire apartment including the terrace is at your complete disposal during the period of your stay. IMPORTANT It is not permitted to: have parties, invite unregistered external people, eating in the bedroom or in the sitting room, make noise especially from 10.00 pm to 9.00 am. Smoking, moving furniture and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Lenno is one of the most characteristic Villages on Lake Como and in the high season there may be some noise from the street/plaza below and from restaurants. There is a Tourist Tax (not included in the booking price) of 3 Eur per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights per person from the 1st of March to the 30th of November, which will be paid separately during the stay.

The apartment is located exactly above an excellent artisanal ice cream shop that you must try! Lenno is part of the Greenway pedestrian itinerary that allows you to discover the beauty of the surrounding area through paths and trails that can be done on foot. Lenno offers two public beaches on the lake located at a short walking distance from the apartment. From the apartment you can reach the splendid Villa Balbianello with a short walk where you can stroll in the lush gardens of the FAI (Italian Environment Fund) and also visit the Villa (reservation recommended). Alternatively it can be reached directly by a taxi boat that stops less than 100 meters from the apartment (upon reservation). The Villa appeared in Star Wars Attack of the Clones and in 007 Casino Royale. Many couples have chosen to get married in this splendid Villa. There are numerous beautiful villas of interest on Lake Como including Villa Melzi and Villa Carlotta. Last but not least in Ossuccio, just a 2-minutes drive away (but also within walking distance), there are also tennis and paddle courts, a great way to see the lake and stay fit! Tuesday is market day in Lenno! Stock up on local delicacies such as cheeses and cured meats as well as excellent fruit and vegetables!
