Hello, my name is Kristian, and together with my brother and our mother, we have made a dream we've held in our hearts for a long time come true: bringing Kairos Relais to life, right in the heart of Naples. My brother and I are 22 years old, and like many young Neapolitans, we started working early as waiters. Long shifts, hard work, but always with a smile and a strong desire to learn, because we knew that one day we wanted something of our own—a place where we could welcome people just as we would have wanted to be welcomed. Step by step, that dream became reality. But we could never have done it alone. Our mother is the beating heart of this adventure. She has passed on to us the most important values: respect, hospitality, and love for the little things done well. Every day, she reminds us that people are not just looking for a place to sleep… they seek warmth, care, and emotions. Kairos, in Greek, means “the right moment.” And this is truly our right moment: the moment we see a dream born from sacrifice, hope, and the unity of our family come to life.
