Monolocale fronte mare a piano terra con terrazza/patio esterno attrezzato che affaccia sul lungomare. Comodissimo per sfruttare le giornate al mare e spiaggia poiché si trova a 5 metri dal Mar Mediterraneo. Locale ricco di fascino poiché un tempo il mare batteva contro la facciata dell'immobile ed era utilizzato dai pescatori del posto. Il nome KAMBUSA deriva dal fatto che era utilizzato per fare mangiate in compagnia e fare festa dopo le giornate trascorse in mare.
S. Stefano al mare è un borgo marinaro tipico con spiagge di sabbia sia libere che attrezzate. E' attraversato dalla pista ciclabile più lunga d'Europa (parte da Ospedaletti ed arriva sino ad Imperia). L'alloggio seppur piccino è ideale per il mare, per le escursioni in bici, per visitare la Valle Argentina e i comuni limitrofi (Sanremo, Alassio, Bordighera, Mentone, Monte Carlo, Nizza). Troverete a pochi metri numerose botteghe, fornaio, pasticceria, bar, ristorantini, insomma, tutto quello che serve per poter trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza in pieno RELAX senza necessità di doversi spostare con la vettura.
