Kefalure is a holiday home, a terraced house recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, with quality floors and wall coverings, to make your stay in Cefalù pleasant and comfortable. It offers up to 5 beds. Ideal for a couple, even with children. The house is located inside the Magabù residence, under the promontory of Santa Lucia, at the entrance (west) of Cefalù, not far from the center and the sea. There is a large parking lot next to the property, just below the accommodation. The terrace offers the possibility of pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners with a sea view. Some renowned restaurants and pizzerias are nearby and within walking distance. The large swimming pool is the real added value of the residence. Much more than a holiday house Kefalure can make your stay pleasant even away from the summer season. If you have to spend a few days in Cefalù for any reason, the house is equipped with everything you need to be considered more than a holiday house.
The best for my guest!
Our holiday house is in the lower part of the residence and overlooks the SS113, about 400 meters from the Hotel Santa Lucia and Le Sabbie D'ORO and the same distance from a large supermarket. The center is about 2 km away, while the west side of the Cefalù beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, walking beside the CLUB MED. The keeper is always available in the residence for any form of support within the structure.
