The 48 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, and a safe. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The sauna is available to guests only in winter (December to March) for an extra fee. In winter, the Seiser Alm ski area (20 minutes by car/12 km) attracts skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers, and tobogganers. You can also try ice skating or curling at Lake Fiè (5.4 km away). The village center of Siusi allo Sciliar, with several restaurants, is 4 minutes on foot. A supermarket is a 6-minute walk (400 m) from the property. Parking is available on the premises.
