The house consists of a villa entirely in stone, it was not possible to date the construction but in all likelihood it is a 19th century rural house, in 2019 a total restoration began in the name of the construction of a modern house with every kind of comfort. The house is equipped with underfloor air conditioning, jacuzzi taps, mini hydromassage pool and in general we have selected quality materials respecting the origins of the building. Entering through the gate leads to a paved garden with a relaxation corner where the mini pool and a dining area with reclining armchairs and a comfortable outdoor kitchen are housed. On the ground floor there is an entrance sitting room, a large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, on the attic floor a sleeping area with double bed and bathroom and a living area with double sofa bed and 17 cm mattress. The house is equipped with WIFI and all televisions are smart TVs.

In the historic center of Taormina, a few meters from the arch of the Capuchins and from Porta Messina, the house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, in a few steps you can immerse yourself in the millenary history and understand why man has always considered Taormina a mandatory destination. The house is located 100 meters from Palazzo Corvaja and the main street where you will find both glamorous shops and old characteristic shops, along it you will add the splendid viewpoint, from which you can appreciate the view of Etna and the bay of Giardini Naxos. The Odeon, the Greek theater, the municipal villa, the cathedral, every attraction of Taormina can be reached by walking. A few steps from home you have all types of services available, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacconists, bars, beauty services, etc. the recommended parking is the Lumbi, (attention maximum height 1.9 meters) a shuttle is available that takes you to the bus yard of Porta Messina which is 40 meters from the house. For a more convenient parking we recommend Porta Pasquale but it only provides hourly rates and certainly not cheap.
