Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Alghero, "La Casina Loft" is the best place to stay to visit the amazing catalan town. Infact it is placed in the center of the historical center, in front of the sea framed by Capo Caccia, where you can enjoy on of the most amazing sunsets of the world. The apartment is very quiet, even if it is located in a staregic area, where you can find a lot of services like restaurants, bars, historical places and the wonderful Lungomare. Come to visit the amazing Alghero! At the moment of your arrival you will be asked to pay a small tourist fee: 25 cents per day for each person in low season (from October 1st to April 30th); 50 cent per day for each person in high season (from May 1st to September 30th). The air conditioning works only cold and it is at your disposal only during summertime. During the other months of the year it will be available for you only on your demand. During wintertime a heater will be at your disposal. It is raccomended the maximum attention if you use the washer/dryer. The handle should be pulled softly ( only with a finger ) because if the door is locked it could break.
Near the apartment there are a lot of restaurants, "La Muralla" form which you can enjoy an amazing view of the sea, bike rentals and many other services. Parking lots are located near the little square at the end of the street ( about 150 mt). All the clients have to respect the separate collection of waaste and to take out the garbage ( leaving it near the public toilter in front of the apartment) from 11pm to 8am, according to the following calendar: Monday: Organic waste ( inside the white and green bags that you'll find in the apartment) Tuesday: Glass Wednesday: Paper (possibly inside paper bags) Thursday: Organic waste Friday: Plastic Saturday: Organic waste Furthemore in the area near the apartment there are some recycling bins where you can put paper, plastic and unsorted waste. If the amount of waste is small, you can use such bins. The clients should not leave the garbage inside the apartment for long periods of time, in order to avoid bad smells and attracting animals and bugs. The apartment is located in the histor center (ZTL), You can enter (but do not park inside) from 8 to 10:30 and from 14:30 to 16:30. (There is a camera that controls the entries).
