Dimoramica LTB is a small and charming apartment for short stays and holidays, nestled in a characteristic eighteenth-century alley in the historic center of Foligno, which was created to offer its guests an experience of comfort and discovery. The location of the house allows you to visit the city of Foligno comfortably on foot and at the same time access all the services made available by the city center. Dimoramica also offers its guests a free parking service for the entire duration of their stay. A real rarity for accommodation in the historic center! The entrance overlooks the main room, divided into a living room and kitchen. The latter is complete with a refrigerator, hob and multifunction oven. In addition, kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee machine, kettle and the necessary textiles are provided. The living area is equipped with: - table and chairs, in the dining area; - sofa bed (2 French seats) with pouf/coffee table; - a small cupboard with drawers and two wall units for objects; - a large 50" 4K LED TV; - a soundbar that can be connected via Bluetooth; - free Wi-Fi and 4 streaming TV services (multilingual). The bedroom is complete with: - a full-size double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a memory foam and silver fiber topper - bed linen and 4 pillows (2 in memory foam and 2 in polyester); - 2 bedside tables with wall lamps/lamps; - 4-door wardrobe - a mirror and a swivel chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a mirror with a power outlet, storage compartments, a hairdryer and towels. Personal hygiene products are complimentary. In fact, the central position of Foligno, historically known as "lu centru de' lu munnu", is strategic for moving quickly both to the north and south of the territory. Just 50 meters on foot from the accommodation you will find excellent restaurants, wine bars, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets. The main square of the city and the Cathedral of San Feliciano are only 250 meters away. The "Gonzaga" barracks, home to the National Army Selection and Recruitment Center, is located 600 meters from the accommodation and easily reachable on foot with a short and pleasant walk to the center. The Foligno train station is the main hub for reaching all the stations of the region by train and is only 550 meters away.
