Tenuta "Fiscala" is located in the heart of Fraschetta and Lands of Marengo and witnessed their history since the sixteenth century, as evidenced by the numerous testimonies collected: documents, maps, various writings. In company you can still see the evidence of agricultural activity, based on a large number of employees and a gradual development of mechanization: historical agricultural machinery restored and collected in a small museum, large porches, old barns and rows of mulberry trees . The buildings of the company consist of a court master and a rustic court, respecting the construction type dual court, with the prevalent use of brick, wood, tiles and the typical soil structure called "Trunera". The "Fiscala" is set in a prime location about an hour from Milan, Turin and Genoa and is located exactly in the center of Europe. Peace and quiet are the strong points of the structure where you can play recreation through running routes and cycling, the shared garden, horseback riding (Km 12), soccer (0.5 km), tennis ( 0.5 and 6 km), golf (Km 1 and 15).

I was born in Alexandria, November 6, 1953, I am married to the architect Marilisa Pen and a father of two children, Matthew, 28, and Manuel 25 years. I have a degree in Agricultural Science and a qualified agronomist. He completed the training earned a Master in Economics and Business Administration (MBA). Currently I am the owner of the farm and agritourism "The Fiscala" and management consultant. I am a member of the Rotary Club of Alexandria, which I have held the position of President, through which I work and volunteer service. I am also a member of the Brotherhood of the Knights of the Lands of Marengo, an association that promotes the traditions of our territory and its food and wine production. I do not practice a particular sport, but I love the outdoors and I like walking and swimming, so I can keep fit without much effort. I like to know realities different from mine, to other countries and other cities, and the fact of having guests from different countries I am very pleased and gratifies me a lot.
