The house is spread over 4 floors that can be reached through an internal staircase, the spacious, bright bathroom. The living room is divided into two areas, the TV area and the dining area. The kitchen is not habitable but equipped. You will find products for breakfast with price list.The laundry has washing machine, sink, drying rack for clothes and vacuum cleaner.The house has been completely renovated, but has retained its rustic charm with exposed beams and faux terracotta tiles which instead we find authentic in the double bedroom.the thick walls make it cool in summer and warm in winter.The house is ideal for families or groups of friends having a large size and double entrance. Guests have a carport and access via the main road. The house is located in a pedestrian area and from the parking you have to walk about 150 meters through two stairways to reach it. From the train station you can take a bus lines Lecco 1 Red N1 that will take you 150 meters from the house.
