The Piazzetta Suite of Potenza, together with La Piazzetta Apartment, is part of the Dimore Lucane-residence of excellence group. An ambitious project that aims to enhance the resources and culture of the Lucan, aimed at an adequate receptive offer, capable of combining style and elegance ‘to the territory’ and ‘to the identity’. A business model capable of enhancing the territory, through a promotional marketing of regional reception services of excellence. A single platform that, starting from the city of Potenza and standardizing the quality of the services offered, aims to discover and enhance the entire territory of Basilicata.

Property information

Exclusive accommodation of excellence in which the comfort of a hotel is combined with the privacy and confidentiality of an apartment, in the development of a new concept of hospitality. Two charming suites, furnished to the smallest details, in an exclusive combination of classic and modern. Each room is equipped with a coffee station, equipped with coffee, cappuccino, tea and herbal teas. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the historic bar located next to the entrance, or, on request, also served in your room. Access to your suite without keys but with your smartphone, thanks to the Vikey system. Along Via Pretoria, in front of the Bank of Italy, a few steps from Piazza del Sedile, Piazza Mario Pagano and the escalators of Via Due Torri. You can park the car, for a fee, in the garage agreed with our structure, 200 meters away or, alternatively, free of charge, with a pass provided by us, in all the public areas of the historic center.
