NEW 2021 air conditioning!!!! IDEAL FOR FAMILIES... La Svolta Holidays is a SINGLE HOUSE, with a garden with deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing! La Svolta Holidays has large windows where you can admire the lake, Monte Baldo and you can even see the Castle! La Svolta consists of three rooms with TV / SAT and ceilingfan and mosquito nets in all window & door! The bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet and washing machine! In addition iron and ironing board always available In the bright and spacious living area, find the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, water kettle and a capsule coffee machine as well as everything you need for cooking, dishes, cutlery, glasses etc. .. and cleaning products! In the living area a sofa with armchairs and TV / SAT! The whole house has WI-FI Outside, a terrace with table and chairs, for outdoor dining with an awning! IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO ACCOMODATE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE, OUT OF THE RESERVATION, PRIOR TO OUR CONSENT!
My husband and I run a hotel in the center direct to the lake, we are natives of Malcesine and we live in Malcesine! We are at your disposal for any questions and problems just contact us I'll give you my phone number!
La Svolta is 1.5 km from the center of Malcesine! With a quiet walk of 15/20 minutes you reach the village! If you want to walk you reach in 10 minutes you reach the lakefront, where you can swim!
