Le Petit Refuge Cervinia è un comodo appartamento che consente di partire e rientrare dalle sciate d'inverno e dalle camminate d'estate senza la necessità di dover prendere l'automobile o altri mezzi di trasporto.
Situato in quello che una volta era un albergo 4 stelle è dotato di grandi spazi condominiali, come la hall con sala lettura e gioco, solarium con terrazza esterna che consentono di potervi trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax.
L'appartamento, pur essendo un monolocale, è dotato di due separate zone letto, una nel soppalco mansardina con due letti singoli configurabili in matrimoniale e una nel soggiorno con un divano estraibile matrimoniale alla francese più comodo per due bambini o due ragazzi.
L'appartamento è dotato di stoviglie, coperte e piumini d'oca,
Lenzuola e asciugamani per.soggiorni inferiori alle 3 notti NON sono compresi nell'affitto dell'alloggio e si possono noleggiare sul posto o portare le proprie.
Il parcheggio per le auto è privato, gratuito e riservato ai soli residenti del condominio.

The property is located a few steps from Cervinia town in the tourist resort called Cielo Alto where the most prestigious condominiums in Cervinia have been built since the seventies with the aim of making the ski facilities directly connected to the condominiums easily accessible.
In particular in Cielo Alto we can find some restaurants / bars, an excellent sports shop where you can rent equipment and buy ski passes, other activities.
Cielo Alto is about 1.2 km from the town center and can be reached by a shuttle service (cost 1 euro), the stop of which is located in front of the entrance to the condominium.
