You will be welcomed into our completely renovated Loft Green, with new, custom-made furniture. An entire flat is at your disposal, with a TV room with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a large and spacious bathroom with shower and all amenities, and a warm and quiet bedroom located on the mezzanine.
The property is located in the historic centre of Trani in the luxury shopping area. Just a 5-minute walk from the railway station and very close to the most beautiful and important parts of the city: a 13-minute walk from the famous cathedral on the sea, passing through the marina rich in history and venues such as restaurants, pubs and lounge bars. A stone's throw from Piazza della Repubblica and just 10 minutes from the wonderful Villa Comunale overlooking the sea, surrounded by vegetation, well-kept gardens and wide open spaces.
