Here you will find the ultimate in comfort in a spacious and luxurious environment. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with direct access to the terrace, you will have all the space you need for your stay. LUXURY 2 APARTMENT: Our 'Luxury 2', located on the upper floor, offers you a cosy and refined space where 5 people can enjoy an exclusive stay. The flat offers you two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and grand hotel mattresses, as well as in the lmezzanine. Two refined bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a living room where you can relax with friends or enjoy some privacy. Please separate your waste using the bins in the designated room. Guests who do not follow the waste separation rules may be fined after check-out. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian laws, each guest's personal ID will be required before check-in. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email along with their booking confirmation. In this structure, it is mandatory to separate waste. Money laundering laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
