You can choose between two apartments: the TWO BEDROOMS apartments on the first floor and the PENTHOUSE apartment with three bedrooms, a private pool, four balconies and a sea view terrace on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Only the Penthouse has access to the sea view terrace and the pool. The TWO BEDROOMS apartment, on the first floor, has 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe, chest of drawers and thermostat. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, with all its appliances, will make you feel like at home. Ideal for couples, families or group of friends it has 3 balconies with sun exposure all day overlooking the sea and Via Roma. It can fit up to 5 people. The 2 BEDROOMS apartment doesn't have access to the pool. The PENTHOUSE apartment is a rare gem in the heart of Polignano. It has a generous sea view terrace, with sofa and sunbeds overlooking the sea and it has access to an exclusive mini-pool. Only the PENTHOUSE apartment has access to the terrace and the pool. The apartment, over 2 floors, has 3 double bedrooms with wardrobe and private balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful and stylish bathrooms and a lounge/Smart Tv room. Every room has its own space outside overlooking the sea or via Roma. It is the ideal residence for a couple, a family or a group of friends because it can comfortably fit up to 6 people.
