Federico and Cristina, are property managers living in Venice and specialized in apartment rentals in the center of Venice. We have been working on this market for many years and perfectly know the town. Lovely and comfortable home positioned near the Biennale Art Expo (Giardini). The property is for your exclusive use and is spread over three floors, with a tavern, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio, and terrace. A few steps from a lively street full of little restaurants, bars, groceries, and the morning fish, fruit and veggie market. The nearby beautiful seafront promenade will enchant you with the spectacular view of Piazza San Marco

Neighbourhood information

The Castello Sestiere (district) is the most authentic and traditional side of Venice, with many residents still living. You will feel immersed in the pleasant, quiet and colorful Venetian life. The apartment is around 100mt from the Biennale Art Expo (Giardini) and around 15 min. walking from San Marco square.
