Maremare is a delightful accommodation on the sixth floor of a building directly facing the beautiful beach and gardens of Zinola, with a spectacular view of the sea and coast from Capo Noli to far beyond Genoa and the Tigullio (on the clearest days you can see Corsica), enjoyable from each room, thanks to the large French windows with relative balconies! Appreciated how rare in our area, is the passage of the busy via Aurelia a couple of blocks behind, saving our guests noise and other nuisances. We also offer you a very useful as uncommon reserved parking in the condominium square, right next to the entrance to the building, able to comfortably accommodate your car. Composed of entrance hall, large double bedroom with large wardrobe, living room with 2 communicating sofa beds (1 queen size double and 1 single) and dining area, as well as a small but fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. Among the amenities we point out free wi-fi, adjustable smart TV, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, free air conditioning in the open area and ceiling fan in the master bedroom. main balcony with light, outdoor table and chairs, as well as everything you need for your stay and welcome kit with drinks and snacks. Zinola is a charming village located to the west of the coast of Savona, directly on the sea, with the characteristic church of Santo Sprito in the center, in a delightful Genoese neo-Gothic style. Zinola beach, at the foot of the building where the accommodation is located, is free and much appreciated, from this year enhanced by a bar and restaurant, with a large outdoor area between sand and greenery, toilets, hot showers and cold on the beach and soon sun lounger rental service. In the immediate vicinity there are also valid private bathing establishments, with high-level beach and restaurant services. In the hamlet, within a radius of 2-300 m. you will find practically everything, from bars to excellent restaurants and pizzerias (also takeaway), supermarket with popular butchers and fishmongers, pharmacy, excellent bakery and pastry shop, tobacconist and bazaar, as well as the bus stop for all destinations at 50 m. From this year the added value is the completed cycle path which, together with the promenade, passes between the beach and the gardens below your accommodation, heading towards the coast of Savona city on one side and Capo Vado on the other.
