La struttura è ubicata nel cuore della città e della movida universitaria ma è esposta sul retro e quindi allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Siamo a 100 metri dalle fermate del bus per la Fiera, per la stazione e di conseguenza per l'aeroporto e tutte le altre direzioni della città ad es. verso gli ospedali più importanti: Maggiore, Sant'Orsola , Rizzoli e Bellaria e verso lo stadio e l'Unipol Arena in caso di concerti ed eventi vari. Nei pressi si trova anche il Teatro comunale. Zona servita da ristoranti e bar anche sul vicino Viale Irnerio, dove si trovano subito il market Pam , poco distante il Conad in via del borgo di San Pietro , e le terme di San Petronio. A circa 700 metri da Piazza Maggiore , dalle due torri e dal Quadrilatero zona fervida anche per l' enogastronomia locale.
