It is located in a strategic position 300 meters from the covered car park and the Barilla Center and 50 meters from Strada Repubblica, the main street in the center which leads to Piazza Garibaldi, the Duomo and all the main attractions of the city. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a small charming living room with a leather sofa, smart TV and a comfortable table for eating for two; open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, boiler, kitchen tools and washing machine. The double bedroom is spacious, with a large wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom is modest in size and ventilated but without a window.
