The house has a beautiful view of the hills, internally features preserved and restored antique-style furnishings, and is close to the train station, a 3-minute walk from the funicular, the bus stop and the bus service in front of the house offers transportation every 10 minutes throughout the central Orvieto area. Nearby we find various services such as laundry, bars, restaurants and various supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment has external surveillance on all sides.
