As we both reside in another flat within the same building, we aim to personally welcome you during check-in, barring rare exceptions. In cases where personal reception is not possible, we will arrange a seamless self-check-in process. Rest assured, we will always be readily available and easily reachable by phone to assist you throughout your stay. Our small Company only manages two properties (not dozens or hundreds like someone else). For this reason, we can give our guests all the attention they deserve. Please be advised that, in accordance with legal requirements, each guest must provide the host with a valid passport upon arrival (or an ID card for EU citizens). Failure to present a valid ID/passport will prohibit the commencement of the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, and pets are not allowed. Additionally, parties are not permitted. Please note that for reservations of up to 2 guests, only the bedroom will be prepared for the night. For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, the sofa bed in the living room will also be prepared.
