Typical apartment, inside a noble palace of the 17th century, in full Florentine style. Completely renovated recently, it offers all the necessary comforts. In a quiet and central area. Just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and 10 from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria!!! The apartment is on the ground floor, only 2 steps to climb Equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold), underfloor heating, full kitchen, WIFI, TV ... There are sheets, towels, bathroom sets ... Possibility of paid parking, right next to the house. The apartment consists of: a large and comfortable living room with a dining table and a sofa, in the corridor there is a full kitchen. Beyond the kitchen there are 2 bathrooms, both complete with toilet, sink and shower. In the main one there is also a bidet and a washing machine. Above the bathrooms there is the second bedroom, with a comfortable double bed. The height from the ceiling is 190 cm. Finally you reach the large master bedroom, again with a double bed. Both in the living room and in the bedroom there is air conditioning for both heat and cold and heating. Obviously, in the house there is also an excellent and powerful WIFI, with Fiber optics. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The neighborhood is mostly inhabited and frequented by locals, but it still hosts typical artisan workshops of goldsmiths, blacksmiths, restorers, framers and the characteristic Sant'Ambrogio market (where you can find, in addition to typical Tuscan products, fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables). In the evening, the square transforms into one of the liveliest areas of the city thanks to the wide choice of restaurants, pubs, clubs and theaters..., but don't worry, the apartment is really very quiet! In the immediate vicinity there are pharmacies, post offices, banks, supermarkets, ice cream parlors, bakeries, pizzerias, typical restaurants... Absolutely nothing is missing! The main areas of interest and most important monuments are all easily reachable on foot (5/10 minutes) such as the Uffizi, the Accademia Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria. Also very close to the train/bus station.
