In the 2021 our family falls in love with this rural property which was in state of semi abandonment. Having crowned the dream of buying it, day after day we dedicated ourselves to the recovery of the structures, the vineyard and the olive grove. Our mission was to give new life to the details that characterized it, maintaining its rurality, but creating elegant accommodation equipped with every comfort. Today a magical place is back, an oasis of peace and tranquility that we want to share with our guests, in a simple but refined and elegant atmosphere, which will bring you back in contact with nature, with the traditions and calm rhythms of the past.

Podere il Ritorno is a rural property which produces extra virgin oil and it offers accommodations in it. Surrounded by nature, olive grove and vineyard, the property offers a stay into a oasis of peace. It is very close to the most beautiful beaches with the white cliff and crystal clear water reachable by walk such as Sottobomba which takes 5 minutes, and so Capobianco and Padulella which take 15. These beaches are also equipped with bathing establishment. Very comfortable location close to the city of Portoferraio which is 2 km distant. It can be reached also by walk along the beaches or by bus thanks to the bus station in front of the Podere. Podere is close to the famous beaches such as Sansone (3km) and Biodola (6km). The structure offers 5 indipendent apartaments equipped with kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels and the final cleaning are included in the final fares. The apartments are sanitized before every stay following ministerial procedures, sheets and towels are sterilized in laundry and pillow covers, mattress cover are changed at every change to guarantee maximum of hygiene, so in the apartments are not present food such as oil, salt, coffee. There are many common outdoors spaces such as the olive grove, the green yard and terrace. All of them equipped with coffee tables to enjoy the nature. The structure has an automatic gate at the entrance and a private parking for the guests. PETS ARE WELCOMED UPON PREVIOUS REQUEST since only some accommodations are equipped for their stay. Besides, it is requested a CLEANING SUPPLEMENT to pay at the arrival in structure and it is forbidden to leave them alone in the apartments.

The location is one of the main strengths of Podere il Ritorno, located in the center of the island is an optimal starting point for all those who intend to explore it by visiting the various beaches and towns, in fact in less than half an hour by car, you can reach even the most distant areas in all directions. However, being surrounded by greenery but a few minutes from the port of Portoferraio, which can also be reached on foot, the structure offers guests the opportunity to stay without using means of transport, allowing themselves a dip in nature avoiding the stress of driving and searching for car parks, in fact the splendid beaches of Capo Bianco, Sottobomba, Seccione and Padulella are less than 10 minutes away on foot. The largest and most well-stocked supermarket on the island is just a 15-minute walk away and the town of Portoferraio with all its services can be reached by a pedestrian walkway lasting about half an hour. In front of the Podere there is also a bus stop, with which you can reach the city in a few minutes.
