Nice and bright apartments surrounded by a green garden and wide terraces, in a quiet area, very close to the centre. Large living rooms with equipped kitchen, and sitting rooms with a comfortable sofa bed. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with shower. Large terraces equipped with a table for fresh summer dinners and a small lounge for relaxing moments.

The apartments are part of a building from the early twentieth century, which has always belonged to the Serra's family, which the street also takes its name from. The renovations and modifications have allowed the building to preserve the history of the family, while providing the structure with comfort and simplicity.

The street is always quiet despite being a few meters from the center of Villasimius, where the evening walk takes place and where all the services can be found.
