Characteristic 50sqm apartment 15mt from the sea, on the second floor of a typical Genoese fishermen's house from the early 1800s. On the main road between Genova Quinto and Genova Nervi, an enchanting Genoese Levante village. Excellent base for visiting Genoa and the wonderful Cinque Terre. The delightful furnishings combined with the splendid seaview and the beaches in front of it, make it an ideal place for a romantic stay on the sea, without giving up on bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment includes an entrance with sitting area and sofa that becomes a single bed with sea view, open space kitchen, bedroom with double bed and splendid sea view, bathroom with shower. Bedroom and living room with sea view, kitchen and bathroom with view on a characteristic alleyway and hill. Ideal for couples who want to enjoy a beach holiday, in complete relax, without giving up on comforts of the city. The house is located on the main street and therefore animated by bars, restaurants and used by public transport. Directly below the house therefore there are several shops including: pharmacy, supermarkets, newsagents, groceries, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream shop. Codice CITRA 010025-LT-0724

The Ancient little harbor of Nervi is a 5-minute walk from the house and, crossing it, you reach the famous Anita Garibaldi promenade from which you can see the gulf of Genoa up to Portofino. Furthermore, continuing the Anita Garibaldi walk for about 15/18 minutes, you will be in the splendid Nervi Park. Moreover, 500 meters from the house is the Quinto al Mare railway station, which can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The bus and train station are located just 3 and 7 minutes on foot, to easily reach the other Ligurian destinations to visit during the day: Chiavari, Rapallo, Camogli, Santa Margherita and Portofino, in addition to the inevitable Cinque Terre. Free beach in front of the house. The house is equipped with: sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, pans. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave and kettle. You can also use the TV and DVD player. The various consumptions (electricity, gas, water) are included in the rental cost. Since 19.6.18 we have the air conditioning!
