We've raised our children here, celebrated countless family gatherings under the ancient oak trees, and created memories we'll treasure forever. Our guests love this perfect balance – tranquil mornings by the pool, followed by afternoon adventures exploring one of Italy's most authentic regions. Pesaro & The Adriatic Coast (5-15 km) The beautiful Adriatic coastline is minutes away. Pesaro's long sandy beaches are perfect for swimming and sunset strolls, while the town center offers excellent restaurants, gelaterias, and the childhood home of composer Rossini. For livelier beach scenes, Rimini, Riccione, and Cattolica are 30-40 minutes north – ideal for families. Head south to discover the dramatic Riviera del Conero, where white cliffs plunge into turquoise waters and hidden coves await exploration. Renaissance Treasures & Hill Towns Le Marche is an undiscovered gem of Italian art and architecture. The Renaissance jewel of Urbino (45 minutes) enchants with its Ducal Palace and Raphael's birthplace. Gradara's fairytale castle (20 minutes) – where Paolo and Francesca's legendary love story unfolded – offers breathtaking views across the countryside. The sacred Sanctuary of Loreto (45 minutes) draws pilgrims worldwide, while the poet Leopardi's Recanati reveals intimate glimpses of 19th-century Italian life.
