The apartment is located in a fantastic residential area: a private park of 10,000 square meters, with a guarded summer saline pool. The private park surrounding the apartment is full of Mediterranean bushes: a majestic row of palm trees leads to the apartment, a small wood of olive trees, many plants and precious and rare flowers. L 'atmosphere is friendly and quiet: the concierge is in also on Saturdays and Sundays and connected to the apartment by intercom. The apartment is sunny and cool, with a wonderful sea-view, and has its adjustable air-conditioning. The furniture has been chosen with care, the kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware. The large terrace of 25 sqm is surrounded by plants and furnished with garden table and chairs. During spring, but also in warm winter days, you can have dinner outdoors. The terrace is provided with a large tent tu shelter from summer sun. The apartment is tidy and clean, and ready to be inhabited. The dishes and cutlery are clean and the bathroom, large and with shower, is clean and equipped with the necessary. The bed is comfortable, with its excellent mattress.

When my job allows me I like to travel to beautiful places. I like nature but I appreciate the comfort and tranquility. I like to walk and swim. Often I follow my son to sporting events. I like good food. When I travel, either for business or holiday with my family, I like to live like the locals, to discover their culture in everyday life rather than follow set itineraries. I think travelling is an opportunity to learn various cultures, which enriches and stimulates us to see our reality through the eyes of others.

Right beside our private park there are the monumental Nervi parks with ancient and exotic trees : there are also museums and games for children ... and even a bowling club for all ages. Directly from our driveway, or from the parks, you’ll find the famous pedestrian promenade. It’s fantastic for walking or jogging. The promenade leads to the marina with restaurants and shops, and the quite isolated beach of Capolungo. Various activities are possible: swimming, canoeing, diving, boat trips. Along the hill of St. Hilary, sung by De André in "Rose’s Mouth", are possible excursions: here there is also a riding school. Ask our concierge: he will suggest you a restaurant, a walk, a tennis club, a personal trainer, a tour guide, a baby sitter, a drink on the sea, or where to buy local specialties such as the famous focaccia, ice cream, or “pesto sauce” to take back home. Nearby it is worth visiting the 'Aquarium of Genoa”, the sea museum, the “Rolli’s historical buildings”, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the historical center of the city, Portofino, Cinque Terre: all of them are wonderful places
