Our house in Santa Flavia is a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with large windows, quality furniture and independent air conditioning in all rooms and a very fast internet connection. The kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine, kettle for herbal teas, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction plate for cooking in complete safety, (there is no gas in the house as we consider it dangerous) is also equipped with a smartv-tv with netflix subscription included. In the kitchen there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can transform into a comfortable bed in case of additional guests, more than four. The corridor that separates the kitchen from the bedrooms and the bathroom is enriched by a bookcase equipped with comics of various genres and books. The master bedroom is very spacious and very comfortable and is tastefully furnished, as is the other bedroom, slightly smaller but still very comfortable. The house is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible even for those who have difficulty walking. Parking is also very easy because the house is located between the two main streets of the town where there is always free parking.
