La casa è recentemente ristrutturata,offre quindi tutte le comodità che occorrono per passare un soggiorno come a casa. TV, aria condizionata ,cucina nuova ed un ampia doccia rilassante. Balcone che affaccia sulla via principale dove poter cenare e fare colazione.
Ama viaggiare, quindi capisce bene l'importanza di trovare casa fuori dalla propria casa. Ama curare i dettagli .
La zona è centrale ,fermata dei bus sotto casa, metro torrione a pochi passi. Il centro si raggiunge con una piacevole camminata sul lungomare di Salerno. Il porto e la stazione sono facilmente raggiungibili. Servito da supermercati,locali,farmacie e un mercatino rionale attivo tutti i giorni tranne la domenica.
