Pretty seafront setting of a few units with swimming pool for adults and children adjacent to the private beach, for the exclusive use of its guests only. Ideal for families with children, it offers a concierge service with caretaker. In the modernly renovated hall, an elevator allows access to the apartments located on the upper floors. The proximity to the lively Piazza Milano always offers new recreational opportunities, as well as good food and services of all kinds. All the proposed solutions are particularly accurate in detail and comfortable, some with a wonderful front view of the sea. The parking area has free and unassigned parking spaces. Upon request, it is possible to reserve a garage with an additional supplement.
